Jason Burt, Founder and Managing Director

Jason has had almost two decades of direct experience in internal/external recruiting, contract recruiting, and recruiting management for such demanding and leading-edge companies as SAP, Siebel, Deloitte Consulting, Avenue A/Razorfish, and Onyx. Over his career, he has successfully executed or managed the sourcing, recruitment, and placement of over 500 accomplished professionals in positions ranging from C-level to entry-level.

Because of this extensive career experience, Jason understands the growing needs that companies have for a dedicated, flexible, responsive, and effective option to the traditional and expensive internal and external recruiting alternatives that they have relied on in the past. Due to that conviction, Ti22 Associates was founded and is today successfully serving clients in a variety of key industries.

The core values he has established at Ti22 are to focus on service to the client, work hard, provide value, be honest, respect colleagues, candidates and clients, and to communicate frequently and openly. Jason has earned a BA degree in International Business.

James M. Burt, Senior Partner and Director

James has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Services and has a unique blend of perspectives that he brings to both working productively with clients as well as building and managing successful business operations.

After an early career spent with divisions of General Electric and Litton Industries, he joined Xerox Learning Systems/Learning International (now Achieve Global) which consults with clients throughout the world to assist them in improving business performance through increased personnel productivity. With that company, he held positions of increasingly greater responsibility in sales, marketing, and product development as well as successfully serving in both domestic and international senior management roles. In those assignments, he held ultimate responsibility for hiring and managing hundreds of professionals in high performing consulting organizations throughout the world.

In 1993, James founded a successful executive search business that specialized in providing services to the Training, Human Resource Consulting, and Outplacement Industries. From 1993 until 2008, he personally successfully filled over 300 client assignments with a variety of clients including American Management Association, Hay Group, Siebel, Watson-Wyatt Worldwide, Drake Beam Morin, Skillsoft, AchieveGlobal, and Lee Hecht Harrison.

James' experience in senior management has convinced him that corporate success is predicated on finding, attracting, hiring, motivating and retaining productive and effective professional and executive personnel. His background uniquely qualifies Ti22 Associates to select and present those people to his clients.

Emma Valdivia, Operations Director

Emma is responsible for managing the company's rapidly growing staff of recruiters and the research operations group at our main office located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She has a BS degree in Communications from University of Palermo and is fluent in English, French and Spanish languages. She has a successful background working in Public Relations and Operations Management for and with a number of US based multinational companies including establishing the startup of one of the world's largest tour operators in the Argentine market.

Prior to joining Ti22, Emma had extensive and very productive experience as a Senior Recruiter and Project Director for a large company in the contract recruiting business in Argentina.

Lonnie McRorey, Director of Business Development

Lonnie has a key role in the development of Ti22 with his responsibilities for expansion of our client base and by assuring customer satisfaction with our services.

He earned dual BA's from Temple University (Communications and Behavioral Science) and subsequently served a number of years in the US Navy where he served with distinction in intelligence gathering and data analysis roles with a Top Security Clearance.

Because of this academic, technical, and security background Lonnie has developed a significant intelligence research expertise using computers and a myriad of data bases for passive candidate identification.

Lonnie has over seven years' successful internal and external recruiting/recruiting management experience where he has served high profile clients such as Hewitt Associates, 3ParData, Cisco Systems, Samsung Software, and Symantec.
